Been coming here for years. Prices def increased now at $36.99. Not worth it for smaller people such as myself but maybe once a year go for the experience and company of friends. Potato salad is good but I only really liked the flavor of the brisket. The rice paper here is too thick and a little hard. I would go back to Gen or Manna before going back here. Service was just ok. They forgot to bring us a dish.

I'm so mad at them. Everything that they bring out is RAW. I can't believe an establishment this day and age would serve meat raw. Unbelievable. Would go again

This is one of my fav KBBQ spots in OC (I prefer ktown kbbq any day tho xD). Anytime I come to All That Barbecue, there's usually never too long of a wait. I feel like if you come during the weekend, it gets packed. My favorite meats to order are #8 (the Karubi in Osaka) and the #6 (Brisket on fleek). The #8 is seasoned with lemon and I swear it makes it SO MUCH BETTER !!! I can order the #8 all the rounds and I'll be so happy.

Good AYCE KBBQ spot in Irvine. Pricing is about the same compared to other AYCE KBBQ joints and the meat options + quality are pretty good. I don't really feel the quality of it going down on the thin meats as you eat more rounds personally, but we also make sure to go for more fatty cuts like beef belly versus brisket. Our favorite meat to order here is their 'Umami' beef. I don't remember the number but the names like 'Umami explosion'. Beef is tender and seasoned well, when cooked to a medium it's really good! Don't see other kbbq places having this exact one so it's a must have when we go here. They have lemon beef belly which is also nice - you don't taste the lemon as much but it's a nice accent. Sides are okay but they have stables like: salad, kimchi, fish cakes, cucumber, rice paper and radish paper. Service is always pretty decent - especially for an AYCE place. I don't think I've had major issues besides occasional missing orders or needing to flag someone for more sides/sauce but I mean...that's expected to me haha. My recent visit though, there was one particular server name Junior who we really liked. We didn't interact with him much per se, but each time we asked him for things - he delivered it! From ordering meats/sides to refills he never missed an order. There was another guy we would ask for help and he would always forget something...so we tried to ask Junior instead if we saw him coming our way lol. So thank you Junior for your great service! Overall a solid AYCE KBBQ place. Not much different than others but them having the Umami Explosion has us coming back here in particular lol. Good place if you want wide variety of things. Expect to wait during peak time, but they do yelp waitlist.

I see some reviews base on the service and I want to preface that you have to understand the intention before you come here. Upon entering, the cashier rep was very welcoming, prompt, and efficient at what she did. Then as we were sat down to our table, Carlos asked if we wanted any drinks and started our order immediately. Carlos did an amazing job at servicing us and he was on top of what he did. He may not look like he was enthusiastic, but boy did his action speak otherwise. I'm going to really emphasize his attention to details when servicing us and how smooth each request was when we would ask. There was a total of 6 of us and service was extremely busy with each employee handling certain areas of the restaurant. In addition, he even went above and beyond to giving us a mini show when he brought out the sesame oil to cook the japalenos and garlic. Meat quality was great for the value that we paid for so won't really focus on that too much since how you cook it plays a huge role on your experience here. Ambiance is really loud so do not expect a pleasant sit down casual hangout with another person. I do not recommend this place for a date if you're really trying to get to know someone, but the atmosphere is good enough to have a great time with your family and friends.

Wait wasn't too bad on the Saturday evening for a group of 3 (~20 min wait). The drop pin was a little off as it lead us near the Petco, but otherwise there is plenty of parking which was great. Setting: -Service was fast and our waiter was very attentive and friendly. -the venue was smaller than some of the other kbbq places I've been too, still a good amount of seating, but close to other tables Dinner: $35.99 per person (as of Jan 2024) All you can eat with a big range of meat choices and I like that there isn't any tiers, you can order everything on the menu! Meat was fresh and everything we tried was delicious. My go to meats was brisket and beef belly which you can't go wrong. The Kim chi tofu stew wasn't too spicy and flavorful. Gripe: the bathroom was a mess and the ventilation is poor. I recommend wearing something you don't mind getting smelly in and if you are prone to breaking out, be warned, your face will feel a bit greasy after. Overall: despite the gripes, I do like that it's more on the affordable side (given many the AYCE have gotten more pricer) and I like that there is big selection of meats for the price you pay. I also appreciate that we didn't have to wait long!

Food: Meat quality is above average. I like that they offer radish and fundamental side dishes. Ribeye steak was a bit chewier than I expected. The flap tail steak was my favorite. Service: We came in for lunch on a Sunday, which was dinner pricing. We were seated right away and our server was quick to get what we needed. The meats came out within minutes of ordering. And they clean up the messy plates as soon as you finish putting the meat on the grill. Ambiance: It's clean inside and there's ample parking in the lot. Plenty of tables available for seating. Dinner price was 35.99.

I liked: Seasoned boneless rib meat + Bulgogi Beef tongue Thick soy sauce brisket Fried rice This is ok: Beef belly Lemon beef belly Itsss fine tbh. Not the best #goodeats but good enough that I ain't mad that we got it for lunch. The quality is about what I expected from the last time I've been here. Service is good here. Fairly quick and happy to help when you ask. The place is a little cold during lunch. We sat near the door tho. I would ask for a place away from the door and I'm sure it'll be perfectly warm.
